Overall, the support was good however, due to the coronavirus, we haven’t had much support in person due to social distancing which hasn’t helped!

So much support!
It has been a bit bumpy as when I first started my regional trainer then got moved to a higher level which led me to having a new regional trainer and having to build that relationship over again! Always there though whenever I needed them!

We have a few fundraisers now and again for our sponsored charity! Apart from that we haven’t been able to do much due to the coronavirus.

It’s just a really fun way of learning, if there’s anyone like me who doesn’t really feel confident with exams etc this is the way forward!
It has brung so much confidence within me and I have knowledge I never thought I would ever have! As I love my job and I know I’m good at it, the programme was fairly easy for me!

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread plc?
Don’t ever doubt yourself.
If you want to go for it and enhance your skills lifetime is the best way to do it.
So much help along the way-if you are ever stuck there is always someone on hand.
This is the way forward of making a change to your life!
