Through my apprenticeship I have learnt about the legal requirements and responsibilities the business has to adhere to and how we stay compliant. I have been able to develop my people skills through interacting with guests and other staff

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The learning programme was very well structured. I knew which modules I needed to work on and where I could find the information. The only part I found hard to find was the information on assessments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My Hotel Manager supported me throughout my apprenticeship. She gave me extra responsibilities so I could learn more about the business.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My trainer was fantastic, she kept up to date with me every month and supported me when I was struggling.
