Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I serve guests at breakfast, deal with requests, complaints and compliments in person or on the telephone. I set up work sheets for house keepers and delegate them their daily jobs. I audit cleaned rooms to ensure they meet our brand standard ready for our guests to check in.
