My role involves working on the reception, checking guests in and making sure they have an enjoyable stay at the hotel. I also work in the restaurant and the bar as well taking orders, serving food and drinks
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed it and have learnt an awful lot, which I was not expecting to do.

I definitely have learnt new skills and it is a great training programme which has kept my skills up to date. I have developed existing skills like customer service and also learnt a lot about food and drink too
