I work as housekeeping, I have to clean the room and bathroom of the rooms, and I am also a checker, I supervise the rooms of my colleagues.

Very well organized, in addition to learning about hospitality, it helps us a lot to learn more english and math through online classes with excellent teachers.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as possible, my manager is always asking me how my apprenticeship is going and if I need help just ask, in fact I will need some help with my final project work and my manager will help me. In addition, it also gives me when I need some time off to be able to take an online class or exams.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor Gemma is tireless, always ready to help and answer my doubts. She has helped me a lot.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped me a lot to develop my English and I have learned a lot about hospitality which is very good for my daily work.
