Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Receptionist- this involves, taking booking, checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phone from a range of different guests and answering emails, helping with any questions guests may have from bookings to what is round us to visit, helping Housekeepers if needed. Ensure guests are happy and satisfying.

To start with wasn't to good as had different coaches however now I'm just with one a lot better and easy to follow

A lot of support is offered and if I have any questions he's more than happy to answer or help me find out the answer
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Current training provider is amazing and so helpful, always happy to help and answer any questions I have. Makes everything straight forward and helped me through the apprenticeship to do my best.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well, gave me more understanding of the role I do and the importance in it
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

No but not sure I'd have time to do them anyways with having my daughter.
