Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Night shift receptionist my role involves checking guests into the hotel also the safety and security of the guests this includes hourly walk rounds to monitor noise and making sure there are no obstructions in the corridors. I am also responsible for paperwork including running the end of day procedures and handing over to the incoming shift.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the programme it has been enlightening and very helpful.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt about different leadership styles and improved on running the shift. Also realising the importance of consistent training of new starters. I have learnt about how different people take on information differently and adapted my training accordingly. I have learnt more about inclusion and diversity. I have improved on my maths skills.
