I was given the responsibility that any other employee at the company would be given from the very beginning, but given all the assistance and support I needed to carry out my tasks in an appropriate manner

I was given support and guidance from everyone I contacted who were more than happy to help me out in any way they could. The help I received was not limited to just the team I was working in but also anyone within the organisation, who assisted me with any query I had effectively.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The working environment at Pfizer was everything I could have wanted in a company, and even though I spent most of the time working from home, it was clear the company culture permeated throughout the entity.
