The day to day managing of the business in all areas of front of house and housekeeping whilst assisting my hotel manager with their own tasks
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I greatly enjoyed the programme and my trainer Ulrike was fantastic in helping me whenever I had a question or if I was struggling in certain areas/skills.

Very well organised and my trainer Ulrike would routinely check in with me to make sure our schedule was ok and if I needed to change it to better suit me.

My manager would spend time with me on any course work I was provided with on the programme and give me advise and guidance.

My trainer gave me regular check ins with her to ensure that I was progressing with any work and to offer her help if I needed it

They are a really engaging company who is constantly looking to improve the impact they have on all areas from resources to the environment while also caring for their teams
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread plc?
Approach any applications openly and be yourself (which sounds basic) because if you show the real you and they accept you you're halfway there.
