I enjoy my apprenticeship, it gives me the opportunity to talk to others which works on my communication, everyday i learn something new about the platform which i takes notes on for my own development

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well structured where i have certain days to work on certain things which is spaced out in my MS calendar. This helps me focus on the work per day which keeps me from getting confused. We have catch ups with the apprentice coordinator.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive so much support from my team, other teams and from the apprentice coordinator. I have catch ups with my team and I am pretty close with my team on a personal basis, which helps due to the pandemic.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have catch ups every month with my training provider QA to talk personally and about what are the next actions on my apprentice program. This helps me keep motivated as this is the most important work during my apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

QA give me training which helps me in my job role, i have used this knowledge to further explore the ServiceNow Platform
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

During this pandemic, we cannot be in the office so M&G put on a lot of classes during working hours like, yoga, meditation which keeps your brain active and keeps social up as well

They are a amazing company to start your career with and you are supported 110% through it, everyone to me were so welcoming and welcomed me like ive been in the business for a while.
