Create materials and get them approved by the medical team. Create educational campaigns. Website and microsite creation. Market research.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Responsibility over projects was given to me once my manager believed I was ready to take on such tasks and learn form them. The first few months were very focused on learning about the industry and company processes.

Support and Guidance
How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
The first few weeks are very structured, which is very helpful and helps you to settle in. My team was very welcoming. I had weekly/biweekly catch ups with my line manager and buddy (who was a member of the team assigned to me). Colleagues were always happy to answer questions and were easy to contact.

Great company culture. They really care about their employees wellbeing. Since working from home flexible working was also allowed.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I had an amazing experience, I find it difficult to imagine having a better placement year. I was very happy with the work culture and my team was very welcoming. I would consider working again with them in the future. The placement exceeded my expectations

Be yourself during the process. Competency based questions are asked in interviews so have examples ready and use STAR format. You will do well if you are a self-sufficient individual.
