1/5
So far I have found the course provides very little skills which directly relate to the success of my performance in my current role.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend The Co-op to a friend?
No
Why?
I feel there is a large amount publicised around colleague support however in reality it’s not really there. I don’t feel we paid fairly for the work we do.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Co-op?
I would recommend they ensure they get down time away from the job. Often it is expected to be available all the time.
