To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy working on it for myself. This programme is about self development and you get out of it what you put in.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I 100% have learnt new skills. When I entered the apprenticeship I was nervous as I hadn't done any real learning since I graduated from my management trainee scheme. My biggest skills I have taken away is delegation and my spelling and grammar.

I found the programme to be clear and concise with instructions.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My mentor, Sue Howes has been brilliant. Travis Perkins have given me the opportunity to move forward with my career and I believe I have grabbed it with both hands.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I found my mentor and any speakers from workshops, were approachable and made the saying ' no question is a silly question, so true'. Every person I have encountered only wants what is best for you.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I moved brands mid programme, and the training I was taking away from the scheme was invaluable. I found I was able to lead a team with limited knowledge of the products.
