Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

No two days are the same in my role! There is a mixture of design, completing calculations, drawings. Project management, leading and driving the project, having conversations with the client to discuss progress. Planning, forming a detailed collaborative plan.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme, I find working and studying go hand in hand with each other.

There is clear attributes I have to tick off during my apprenticeship to sit my end point assessment. I have regular reviews to ensure I am hitting these standards.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support, regular catch up and reviews on my progress. There is always someone who is willing to help and run me through something
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Throughout COVID my lecturers have been very responsive and considerate to the current situation. Providing lots of support and help sessions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I can directly apply my qualification to my day to day job role and it consolidates my knowledge.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, I am a member of the sports and social committee, we run outdoor events, but also work related events e.g. breakfast TED talk sessions.
