How well organised/structured is your programme?

I found the tutors really helpful and approachable . Occasionally with me being dyslexic covering more than one module during one day and having the same tutor for it i found it hard to follow. However when asking for clarity or help every tutor was accommodating and supportive .
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employers were and are very supportive. Giving me every Tuesday off to complete my essays , research , revise and gather experience.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have become a lot more confident and i am aware of my strengths and weakness due to this course. My training provider has helped me highlight the weakness so that i can train or practice in that area to improve my practice.

yes we have quiz nights , training days , and regular in service training which we all take turns in running .

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
The NHS is a forever changing healthcare system, try to be adaptable and eager to learn and progress. Above all go into the NHS with the intent to care and appreciate, value caring for others well being professional.
