I work within the NHS within a busy department, my day can vary from erea to erea, from minor injuries to resus to monitored areas
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my course as it gives me extra knowledge and the assignments are intresting and are around your area of work

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

You pick up various skills working in a busy department from potting arms and legs to gluing heads from nasty open wounds

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My experience personally has been a good one but covid 19 has unsettled things slightly as college was stopped and everything was to be done at home
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support from my empoyer has been good, covid put a stop to my study days so I was working and doing my apprenticeship in my spare time which could be difficult when doing days and nights.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received amazing support from my tutor, always on the end of the phone or email if you prefer. onefile is really handy as you can work on there through assignments but also message your tutor for support if needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think I have gained great knowledge through my apprenticeship, and it makes you think a little bit more about certain situations such as infection control etc
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The NHS is a great work place lots of experiences and opportunities available.you meet some lovely patients and its great to see your patients get well when they have been so poorly
