I am a manager of my Benchmarx kitchens showroom within a Travis Perkins store. This includes managing one other member of staff and completing managment KPIs and hitting targets and managing budgets
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was an enjoyable experience but was longer and more work than I expected. Next time i would need to be in a branch with more support so that I can get all the work done.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I believe as a junior manager who is quite new to management this course has helped me become experienced quicker and deal with certain situations right the first time without having to learn the hard way. Management of different charachters, unconscious bias and the change models have been most helpful to me.

It was not that well organised truthfully until the second year when the whole course and support model was set up much better.
