How well organised/structured is your programme?

At my branch they have organised five-a-side football matches and darts tournaments but these are after work and I am not able to attend as I have to pick my daughter up from nursery every week day.
Recommendations & Advice
Would you recommend Travis Perkins plc to a friend?
Why?
The company looks to promote within and if you do well and go on courses to better yourself the opportunities are there for you to progress.
The benefits are good and there is a company share save scheme that you can do over 3 or 5 years.
I have worked at Travis Perkins for over 6 years and have never looked back.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Travis Perkins plc?
You will be interviewed by a branch manager or an assistant branch manager and sometimes by a member of the team that you are applying to work in.Always remember to ask all the question you have in your interview. The onboarding process does not take long as long as you can prove you have the right to work in the UK and have a British passport.
The work can sometimes be hard but it is rewarding at the same time.Good luck!
