My day to day consists of the daily routines to keep in line with compliance and safety. Keep staff motivated.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

it was hard really to stay motivated loved the classes it was just hard to make the time whilst at work so done alot of the work at home

the biggest thing i have learnt is how to communicate with all sorts of people and to engage in difficult conversations

How well organised/structured is your programme?

very well organised, knew the dates for the work shops months in advance. We got reminders when the workshops were coming up and reminders what prep work we needes to do
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Not so much support towards the end as we were going through covid changes and the business went up. It was hard to balance.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Alot of support, always emailing to push me to complete my work. Approachable to, i wasnt always the easiest to motivate but they always remained calm.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Im a manager and need the social experience on how to talk to people in the right way. It has helped so much. My mentor had the patiemce of the saint when i was struggling i shut down thought it would be easier to walk away. With out being pushy she gave me space and came back within a week or two to try again really helped me.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

just charity events. Recently took part in an event where we had to walk 18000 steps a day, for 7 days. We raised the most money on the region

Why?
as long as your willing to progress and push your own development at times they will give you the time to develope. Also its skills you can take else where if it isnt a long term goal
