I serve customers on a daily basis, help create orders, aid customers around the store, pick and get hourly orders ready, banking, fire marshall, ordering stationary

i enjoyed the programme immensely and learnt the powerful image of words and body language

i have learnt that i dont always come across as i think i do and to stop and think before i do or say something

the structure was about right, i took each task and done way more work than i needed to do but i enjoyed doing it, a massive learning curve for me

the support from my mentor, colleagues and family was excellent i could not have got through the course without each and every one of them
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

the support i received from my tutor was more than adequate, he went above and beyond to make sure we all understood the classes, emailing us before the class to let us know what we were going to do and after class to make sure we had understood everything, he really was exceptional
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i have put a ;ot of the theory into practice, learning to step back and really listen was the hardest but now i do it to a tee
