it was fairly organised i suppose, could have been better in the fact that it was still being written as we was going along so the mentors only really knew last minute what the next topic monthly was

the supposrt was great and i had no issues making the time to complete the course

both the mentor and facilitator were great with me and the rest of the group, always helped if we needed it and were clear throughout

i feel really happy with it as because of the course i have taken more on board apply those skills in my daily role
