My role involves a rotation arround the company experiencing as many mechanical related roles arround the company, each placement is different therefore providing a variety of experiences and skills.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy it , has been very beneficial and worth my time.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills such as using CAD software to its potential and not only for creating 3D models. Also I learnt more about the manufacturing side of engineering and how it is managed in my company.

It is very well organised as they take the early career programmes very serious and spend alot of time and thought to provide for the people

They offer alloy of support and are always there to help , so depending on if you require the help it is always available.

This is quite minimal as my course is fairly new to the company.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel good that I will come out the programme with a nationally recognised qualification that wont restrict me getting employment else where

Work provide many extra curricular activities on a daily basis also they have multiple socials activities sports teams networking events etc.

This company offers alot compared to others that are on a similar programme, MBDA has been very welcoming and has enabled me to experience the job on a enjoyable journey though placements that are relevant to my job role.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to MBDA?
Ensure you study the company in advance and agree with the works they do and whether you feel comfortable working for them.
