I have learnt how to communicate with customers over the phone, how to manage my time more effectively, how to make notes, and how to repair faults with laptops. I am still learning new things every day

The apprenticeship is structured quite well. One day of college every 2 weeks

I receive the support that I need. If I need any help at all, I can ask the specialists for help. If I need help with college work, I can ask my tutor.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my tutor at Lincoln college. If I need any questions answering or am having trouble on one of the assignments, I can always ask for help
