I line manage 3 medical secretaries and provide pa and admin support to the Deputy Divisional Director - Urgent Care, Head of Nursing - Urgent Care and the Urgent Care Matron.

I would recommend the Urgent Care area because they are a great team and are supportive and encouraging.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
The NHS can be very changeable so I would advise them to be aware of this and to be adaptable.
