Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
- Learning new programming skills such as: Python, Tableau, and there will be more skills throughout my time at FCA.
- FCA have their own training programmes for skills you would like to learn.
- I would request job shadow from other colleagues if there's any skill I would like to improve and learn or use google as advised by them.
- I have also developed on my existing skill like Word,Excel, PowerPoint.

- Try not to over-worry a lot when prepping for interview etc. as you are not expected to have the same knowledge of a person doing the role you will be doing.
- Have a some basic understanding of the company entails. (Culture, Aims) Also have a little knowledge about finance which would benefit you a lot when working at FCA.
