Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My day-to-day basis involved creating Tableau dashboards and preps which were used to automate reports, instead of manually running legacy Microsoft Access preps. The project that I was mainly working on could save up to 15-20 hours per month for the team.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I was given full reins on a large project where I had to migrate a large amount of Microsoft Access files into Tableau Prep by rewriting and importing the logic.

It is not very high-pressure, and therefore work can be done on time in a very relaxed manner compared to other sectors.
