My role consists of developing communications with clients and customers through a range of channels, including email, events and social media.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed my programme, there has been ups and downs but we work as a team and in return it makes me feel good about myself and what I do for others. Every hour is as diverse as every day. At Sage, people genuinely care about each other and work together as a team

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The blend of on and off the job training has enabled me to acquire practical skills that has improved my employability. Working in a company has taught me to take responsibility for my own actions, how to behave in a working environment and how to be independent in my tasks.
