Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
spent majority of the day in the team we were assigned, was given a range of tasks to complete that are typical of what would be expected of a trainee. supported by a trainee buddy and an associate supervisor
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
it was useful to see how different levels of seniority interacted with each other. doesn't seem to be much emphasis on hierarchy which is encouraging
