Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I am responsible for completing a variety of daily, weekly & monthly tasks involving European
Automobile sales data using Excel:
> Daily sales trackers
> Weekly KPI reports
> Weekly & monthly sales forecasts
> Communicating with branches all across Europe
I also have Supply related responsibilities:
> Maintaining automobile line-up for Europe in SAP
> Monitoring Age of Stock
> Stock Control
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given some strong responsibilities, where I was in charge of sending out monthly sales forecasts to the company, which at first was quite stressful, but thee helped me to adapt appropriately. I was also responsible for creating a powerpoint presentation for Regional Sales Manager to use in their meetings.
I feel; however, that there were some days where I did not have much to do, and my time wasn't being used well.

I enjoyed the placement. I was able to establish myself a routine. I was able to network and meet new people, undergraduates and make new friends.

However, there were also some tasks which didn't feel important. There were times where I found myself with nothing to do, and upon asking for more work it felt like I was given something that didn't feel too important.
