Mx Commercial Retail Review

As a Commercial Retail Intern at Samsung Electronics, my role involves supporting the retail team in driving brand performance and optimizing in-store experiences across various retail channels. On a day-to-day basis, I assist in the coordination and execution of retail marketing strategies, monitor in-store displays and promotional activities, and gather insights on competitor activity and customer behavior.

I was given a meaningful level of responsibility during my internship at Samsung Electronics, which helped me develop both professionally and personally. While I was supported by my manager and team, I was trusted to handle key tasks that contributed directly to retail operations and campaign execution.

Retail and Consumer Insight Analysis:
I’ve learned how to gather and interpret retail performance data, consumer behavior trends, and competitor activity to help inform strategic decisions and improve the in-store experience.
Project Coordination:
Working on multiple retail campaigns and product launches has strengthened my ability to manage timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution across various retail touchpoints.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
I’ve developed strong communication skills by liaising with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners to maintain alignment and support on retail strategies and initiatives.
