Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Setting up products with different accounts in order to make sure there is a smooth go live process. Also work on promotions such as monitoring that accounts are executing the promos agreed correctly, and tracking performance and stock of gift with purchase promotions

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

In control of stock levels with our warehouse for redemption promotions. Making sure there is enough and not too much EOH, and then reporting this back to seniors while I take action. Being the centre of many departments (PM, SCM, third party distributor).
Making sure launches run smoothly by providing accounts with correct information in a timely manner

Manager left at the beginning so was a slow start to learning. Could have received more support in general

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Company culture was different to any I’ve been in before. Atmosphere was very fast paced which came with its downsides. Often times there were multiple tasks that were urgent and can be too much at times
