Yes! The level of responsibility increased throughout my placement as I learnt many new skills and gained a deeper understanding of the role and all the key processes undertaken. However, a lot of support was provided to ensure that too much responsibility was never placed on my shoulders and I was always clear and comfortable with everything that was being asked of me. Allowed me to really feel like I was making crucial and appreciated contributions.

A lot! I received a lot of support from both my manager and supervisors as well as many other members of my team. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming to make me feel like I could always approach them for help or to ask any questions that I may have.

The company is very friendly and welcoming. The students are really valued and appreciated. The company is very focused on their core values (especially joy!) which makes a lovely atmosphere in the office and with remote colleagues.

I have absolutely loved my placement! It has been such a pleasure to be part of such an amazing team doing such meaningful work! It has also given me such a valuable insight into the pharmaceutical industry and future career opportunities and aspirations for my life after university. I have met some amazing people and learnt so much from them all! The level of support and encouragement from my colleagues was absolutely incredible.
