Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My day to day work entails detecting fraud, therefore I mainly work on cases that can be deemed as theft. I often have a lot of emails conversing with external forces such as the police in order to repossess the vehicles.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Due the hybrid working environment i do feel like I have a responsibility to make sure my daily tasks are completed. If a college was off i was given a chance to take over some of their work but i also knew that i can ask for help and it would be provided.

I've have learnt how to write professional emails with the correct tone depending on the person receiving my emails.
I have learnt the phonetic alphabet which is very useful when speaking with the police about specific vehicles
