Creating reports and analysing data for my team. Showing the different statistics behind our fleet of vehicles and presenting that data to help steer business decisions. Everyday is different and the creative freedom is great.

Yes. I was given a lot of creative freedom to think outside the box and think of new ways to help develop the team. I was able to create new reports, find ways to automate current reports and deliver them to a high standard to lots of people. This felt like a big responsibility being the only one doing this role in my team.

I have developed my confidence by being able to present data, email out new reports to lots of new people and deliver presentations to the wider team. As well as this I have developed my technical skills, such as different software like Excel and Tableau. I am now proficient and would feel confident to use them in the future. I also have developed personally in the sense that I have a better routine.

I received a great amount of support throughout my placement. My boss was very supportive and always there if I had questions. As well as this, everyone felt like they were on the same level as if there was no hierarchy. My team was friendly and always there to support and guide me.

Very friendly and not much stress. Everyone felt happy like they wanted to be there and never felt like there was ever any discrepancies. No matter the level, people were here to help and are always happy to say hello when walking around the office. Really friendly vibes and a great atmosphere.

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement and would recommend to anyone. It's been a great start to my career and has helped me develop in a professional and personal sense. I feel confident going back to university now and getting jobs after. It has been great fun with the creative freedom and I got on really well with the team.
