Yes, I was given a lot of responsibility throughout my placement. A lot of stakeholder management throughout my placement has come with responsibility. Ensuring that their needs are met, whilst balancing when it is appropriate to say "no" to their requests. Furthermore, taking on important reports that need running for the senior stakeholders round the business has been crucial.

A lot of support was given consistently throughout my placement. From planned 1-1's with my line manager to the daily team meetings. My team were also amazing at being available both in person and over Teams whenever I needed extra support on a task.

The company culture was great as there is a lot of flexibility to ensure that you are working in the conditions that fit you personally as well as what aligns with the business' rules. There are a lot of different ERG's too that are very welcoming

I have really enjoyed my placement, mostly due to the team that I was able to work with. Their support and guidance made my placement both enjoyable and crucial for some hands on business experience
