• Gained exposure to legal and commercial aspects of the business.
• Drafted agreements and engaged in negotiations.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I received a lot of support throughout my internship from various colleagues. For example, I have weekly 1-2-1s with my manager and I have a mentor both of which has helped me work towards my set goals.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Very friendly and welcoming environment. Not hierarchical, as interns we were encouraged to reach out to everyone for coffees or meetings regardless of seniority. There was also a conscious effort to make our integration into the company as smooth as possible by having a three week handover with the previous interns.
