Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I assisted and supported the team which manages all the linear/non-linear output on NBCU's channels and VOD platforms. Day to day I would manage and own the organisation of the team's email inbox, responding to any queries and issues. I would attend daily meetings with NBCU's delivery partners looking at service management and external and internal supplier management. I would track and report any on air linear incidents, delivery incidents and content issues to contribute to the teams overall metrics.
