Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The first day was virtual. We listened to various speakers introduce us briefly to different asset classes. We also presented a pitch advertising a fund of our choice to a Gen Z investor base. The next two days were in-person, and we did 3 more presentations on multi-asset investing, fixed income and equities. Included were networking sessions and fireside chats with graduates.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Opportunities after this programme are very clear to me as they were explained at the end of the programme.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
My presentation skills have likely improved due to the need to do 3 different presentations. As well as this, working with a group now feels much more natural as these were group presentations.
