Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Day 1: virtual presentations from sales & marketing, investment directing, and sustainable investing + given a group task to do a sales pitch
Day 2: in-person presentations from multi-asset and fixed income + tasked with group presentations on 2 equity funds for MA and a bond for FI
Day 3: in-person presentations from equity research + tasked with group presentations on comparing 2 equities + fireside chats with graduates

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Before the programme I had minimal knowledge but I am now informed on the different roles available on the summer internship and graduate roles

I was anxious before attending due to the idea of the corporate world being cutthroat but I very much enjoyed my 3 days at Fidelity
