Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Throughout the morning you will attend talks on Gibson Dunn's flagship corporate and disputes practices, pro bono work, and general life and culture at the firm.
During the afternoon you will have the chance to break off into teams and create arguments on a motion based on materials shared prior to the open day. After ten minutes to create arguments, you and your team will have the opportunity to practice your oratory skills by arguing your case against the opposition.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Participants are provided with significant insight into the firm's flagship corporate and disputes practices, pro bono work, and general life and culture at the firm. These areas are communicated well by the firm and subsequently graduate recruitment will highlight the opportunities for applications.

There is a chance to develop your critical analysis while you and your team create potential arguments to your motion; subsequently you will have the chance to showcase your public speaking capabilities as you and your team present your case to opposing teams and also in the presence of two associates.

Very welcoming, there was a 45 minute question and answer session with current trainees, all of whom conveyed a welcoming culture which values collaboration and hard work from its employees.
