The seamless running of events, thanks to the outstanding work of Graduate Recruitment, the depth of experiences shared by the trainee panel, and the wealth of insights from partners and associates all helped to affirm my desire to pursue a vacation scheme there. The firm genuinely fosters and thrives on collaboration, with every person being friendly and committed to supporting your success.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Coming from a non-law background, I found the commercial awareness workshop both challenging and rewarding. It pushed me to craft succinct and persuasive arguments, particularly when debating whether home surveillance should be illegal and workplace surveillance highly regulated. Although my team didn’t win, the experience was invaluable and a fantastic opportunity for growth.
The Open Day was also a fun and insightful chance to ask many questions and evaluate whether Gibson Dunn aligns with my aspirations. My experience has further solidified my enthusiasm for potentially joining the firm as an intern on the Summer Vacation Scheme.
