Role included supporting negotiators by registering applicants, discussing key requirements with them and sending particulars. Office-based tasks also included helping the business support team prepare marketing material such as window cards, and updating property management of any issues/repairs. Organised and carried out viewings in order to generate offers and negotiate deals to successfully let client property.

Yes, I was given plenty of responsibility with the opportunity to speak with prospective tenants and carry out viewings from the beginning. I was also able to be involved in the negotiation process when I had generated my own offers.

Developed communication through outbound calling and regular email contact with prospective tenants. Learning techniques from those around me also taught me effective negotiation skills and how to be more persuasive.

I hugely enjoyed my work placement with Knight Frank. Yes
