Business Development Executive Review

My role is to maintain and grow communication between our customers and us. I have to constantly work with different people from different department in order to solve day to day challenges that arise. I specifically take care of a certain vendor and also have to stay in touch with them.

So far I have been giving a reasonable amount of responsibly. Although I would definitely prefer having more. Sometimes I feel myself doing some repetitive tasks throughout the day. I am aware it is only two and a half months into my placement, and slowly I have been given more to do.

I have learnt various new skills, and also improved on some existing ones. I have learnt to be far more communicative and much more confident speaker. I take on challenges everyday which I have to overcome which has also made me resilient. The placement has taught me a lot about myself, and has pushed me to work hard.

I have received constant support, and I always can find someone to help me. My manager has been very helpful and patient which makes it a much better work environment.

The company culture is friendly culture where everyone's comes with positive energy. The office offers a wide variety of things and has great services.

I have greatly enjoyed my placement. I have been able to network with great people and also greatly improve on my skills as well as learn new skills. It has overall been a very positive journey.
