Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I was the marketing intern so I was involved in different teams picking up tasks such as proof reading stories, drafting social media posts and putting forward creative ideas to improve pages on the company's intranet

I was given a fair amount of responsibility as I was given tasks that would be taken on by other people in the team when I left and would go into the development of further projects

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
My written communication has developed further through sending many emails. Due to being a part of the internal communication team I had a chance to write my own story. My oral communication and listening skills have also improved further from attending meeting and making sure to retain the correct information.
