Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Got to work on a technical project about the Christmas sell-through tracker, and improving its functionality. It involved strategic analysis, working with tons of data and being pro active. Also, updating weekly availability trackers for dotcom.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I was given my own project to lead, with the correct amount of support provided. I was slowly given responsibility for a lot of high priority work, as my confidence developed and I settled in the team, proving my skillset.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
My line manager was great, she has supported and guided me throughout the 10 weeks of internship and been a great mentor. The whole team has been incredibly supportive and encouraged me to perform my best. I was greatly appreciated for my contributions as well.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The work culture is one of the best I have seen and heard about. Its incredibly supportive and inclusive. Interns feel valued and everyone is open to help however they can and answer any questions.

Go for it, especially transitioning form university to office it is the perfect programme, in terms of how well we are supported and the great work culture.
