I was an intern in the online function, focusing on developing propositions to improve customer experience. Day to day involved networking with colleagues, market research and scoping feasibility of ideas.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I gained presentation skills, confidence and learnt how to successfully communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, adapting tone and delivery style. I gained Excel skills and learnt to make insight led decisions. Furthermore I learnt how to craft an idea based on customer preferences.
