Working in trade and content - creating events and managing merchandise taxonomy
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
The internship was structured really well that we could manage doing our project and had the autonomy to take up tasks and exposure as per our career aspirations. We were given exposure of the entire function we were in and in addition to that we also could reach out and shadow other areas as well which was great.

The support system was exceptional during the internship - we always had people go above and beyond to help us and our managers were always there to guide us in the right direction. Along with our managers, we had other team members to support us to and a buddy was present in case we face any challenges.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture is great and extremely welcoming and inclusive. You always feel a part of the team that you are working for and not just an intern. Everyone is genuinely interested to help, support and guide you.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
The internship has been an extremely memorable experience and has exceeded my expectations. My team was great and i have developed clarity regarding my career path and develop so many crucial skills that are required to work in a large organization.
