I have developed my understanding of the rates market, as well as the respective derivatives as well as the complexities in how such assets are priced.
I have become much better at using Bloomberg which is fundamental for anyone looking to work in markets.
I have improved my self-learning skills in working on a project that required background research.
I have developed my communication skills with two presentations and daily contributions to morning meetings.

Lots of sessions with other traders on the desk, including daily lessons from my manager.
