What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The general atmosphere is great, I would say I was able to be very productive at work and get my work done. The dynamic working system is also great, meaning you can work split out your hours how you like throughout the week.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I enjoyed my time a lot, I was able to meet many interesting people and learn a lot from them. I was given a lot of advice and assistance throughout my placement.

What advice would you give to others applying to MBDA
When applying for MBDA I would suggest researching the company's mission, values, and recent developments to demonstrate genuine interest and alignment with their goals. Be well prepared for the interviews by understanding the company's products and services, and be ready to discuss how your background can contribute. Show enthusiasm and a strong understanding of the company especially at the assessment centre.
