Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
In my role my tasks change every day, I have helped with the launch of the new collection, campaigns, POS rollout, digital and cooperate as well as doing design tasks. I predomatley have done tasks in product marketing and also helped out in samples.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given responsibilities in lots of different areas which was very useful in my development to learn and try new roles within marketing.

I had a mentor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] who was brilliant in supporting me and giving me tasks which I was interested in and making sure I always had work to be involved in. Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone in the company was very supportive and welcoming especially for me as I had come from a completely different part of the country and didnt know anyone. It really made the experience enjoyable for me.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I really enjoyed my placement and happy I did it as I know it is going to give me a head start when I graduate. I feel as if I needed that year to also help me see what different roles were like and learn what I personally enjoyed the most. Being able to live in a new city for a year was also a really good experience.

What advice would you give to others applying to Egger
To be yourself, confident and not over think anything even if you dont have a lot of experience if you are willing to learn new things and be dedicated to coming to work and wanting to develop your skills you will be in good position for a place with EGGER. I would definitely recommend doing a placement here everything is very organized and well planned you will be made sure that your role tasks are relevant to your studies. The job itself its very understanding and flexible too with being a student.
